"Have been admitted from April 30 and discharged last May 3 due to a medical procedure and would like to commend my doctors, OB- Dr. Catherine Donato, Anaesthesiologist, Dr. Magalit, Cardio-pulmonologist. Dr. Tan who were all very attentive and supportive that made me feel relaxed to be brave and strong enough before during and after my surgery. Would also like to express my gratefulness to all the staff starting from the security guards, admitting, nurses, lab personnel, hospital food delivery team and housekeeping girls who are all very helpful and courteous. Even during my CT Scan last May 16. The Rad tech especially Sir Nico, EJ, Santos(skipped his first name). Thanks so much for taking good care of me OLLH team"

"My experience in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital has been a pretty good one. I went in with a list of test but it was confusing in the beginning as no one told me I had to register before going to see the department I needed for the test. After running around, things went pretty smoothly. When I got to pulmonology department, Herveth assisted me and we're so nice and patient the whole time which made me feel comfortable. Everyone is welcoming including Rid, Jessa, Champ, Jibs. They're all very responsive and compassionate especially when I had to reschedule many times."
