"If I could give it zero stars, I would without hesitation. My mother arrived at the emergency room in excruciating pain. As the hours passed, she ended up hospitalized, and we remained there for five days without them being able to determine what was wrong with her. Five days of uncertainty, anguish, and vague answers. The experience was deeply disappointing. Communication between the doctors was poor, and as family members, we received unclear and contradictory information. The constant feeling was one of disorganization and a lack of clinical judgment. The nurses showed very little empathy at a time when humanity was most needed. Faced with the lack of answers and trust, we decided to transfer her to Hospiten in Paitilla, and the change was like night and day. Professional care, experienced and confident doctors, excellent communication, and a humane and attentive nursing team. When you are dealing with the health of someone you love, you need competence, adequate equipment, and trained staff. Unfortunately, we found none of that here. If you are considering going to this place, think twice."

"Bad service, I called the service phone number and selected English service, but nobody speaked English and the person who answered my call felt no patient for me and didn't know anything about the medical procedure."

"Do not come here for an emergency if you really want to get treated/cured. You only will be getting a bad service, a bandaid and they will let you go just for you to come over and over to pay for the 70$ each time you come with the same problem. It is more a business than health care. My son had a viral cough that lead into a conjunctivitis and I explain to the doctor all the symptoms. They only treated and recipe for the eyes. 3 Days later my son was worse than before, we went again for the emergency to explain why they just give us a medicine for the eye since we explained all the previous symptoms. Their answer was that they only will treat him if we paid 70$ again. We wanted to talk with the same doctor, just talk to see why she didn't gave us more indications o what to do next if my son didn't respond as she thought, she never show her face, instead they send us a bunch of administrative persons, kept us there for more than 2 hours just to say that the doctor wont come outside to talk and even acknowledging that she only treat the conjuntivitis. We went to another little medical center near by and my son got a complete treatment and got cured some days after, paying a fraction and also getting attended by nicer people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."
