"After reviewing numerous negative comments and feedback from previous clients, I have decided to reconsider my choice and pursue treatment in Turkey, where I expect a higher standard of professionalism and care I visited this clinic last month for a consultation, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the outset, the front desk staff, as well as the owner, Kash, appeared unprofessional and dismissive. The environment felt rushed and disorganized, more like a high-volume operation than a medical facility focused on patient care. I waited approximately 1.5 hours before being seen. During this time, while waiting outside, I had conversations with several clients who had already undergone surgery at this clinic. Many of them expressed dissatisfaction and disappointment with their results, as well as concerns regarding the lack of proper aftercare and follow-up support provided by the clinic. Hearing these firsthand experiences further raised serious concerns for me. When I was finally seen, I was met with a “take it or leave it” attitude from the owner. I attempted to gain a clearer understanding of my situation by requesting to speak directly with a doctor, but I was informed that no doctor was available. This left me feeling brushed off and undervalued as a client The consultation itself lasted no more than 15 minutes and felt extremely rushed, as if I was being hurried out to make room for the next person. There was little effort made to address my concerns in detail or provide reassurance, which is especially important when dealing with a medical or cosmetic procedure. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inadequate patient care have led me to seek a more reputable and patient-focused service elsewhere.
