"Waiting 4 hrs staff not very helpful?"

"Staff are great. Such a difference from the Netcare hospitals jn the area. Staff are friendly and caring. Both nurses and doctors have given us a call updating us on progress . The staff communicate about medication and reasons. Despite renovations, every effort is made to ensure care for patients is priority."

"Restooms require access cards. Inconvenient when urgent access is needed only to find out that you need to borrow a card from a shop and return it afterwards. Impractical arrangement for ill, disabled and impaired persons. Perhaps implement receipt/parking ticket scan access at restrooms to limit access to paying/parked customers?"

"My wife went in alone with our two kids (toddlers) just before midnight to the trauma unit. She had to wait 2 hours and no one assisted her, they merely said its not life threatening and then make you wait. Unbelievable that no one cares that she's woman alone with two toddlers trying to sort out a sick child during the middle of the night! Shocking!!!!!"
