"Highly recommend Dr. Reshnu from PHKL Dental Centre. The consultation room was very spacious, and I noticed there is a waiting area where family members can comfortably wait for their children during procedures. Dr. Reshnu is extremely professional and caring. As someone who is usually afraid of visiting the dentist, I truly appreciated how attentive she was, checking on me from time to time and making sure my discomfort was kept to a minimum during scaling. She is also very positive and took the time to suggest simple ways to take care of my teeth at home, which are easy to follow. The nurses were sweet and warm, always ready to assist and welcoming patients with a smile. My experience was amazing, and I look forward to my next dental appointment with Dr. Reshnu in six months’ time. Healthy teeth are the key to a healthy body. I was also pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the hospital is, with bookstores, cafés, a florist, convenience stores, and a wide variety of restaurants (O’Brien’s, chicken rice shops, Shih Lin, Bread Story, etc.). It feels like being in a large mall, which helps you feel relaxed and at ease."
"I had the privilege of going through my high-risk pregnancy under the care of the amazing team at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur, and I am beyond grateful for the support, compassion, and expertise I received throughout this journey. After experiencing pre-eclampsia in my first pregnancy, I carried a lot of emotional trauma and fear into this one. But from the very beginning, Dr. Muniswaran Ganeshan (OB), Dr. Anushree Narayanan (Paediatrician), Dr. Cindy Thomas Joseph (Anaesthesiologist) provided the kind of care that helped me not only feel safe but begin to truly heal. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness gave me the reassurance I needed to trust the process again. As a first-time mom to a baby requiring NICU care, the complimentary breastfeeding consultation with Ms. Habibah was especially impactful. I learned proper techniques and understood the importance of breastfeeding, not just for bonding and nutrition, but also for my baby's recovery in the NICU. Being able to provide breast milk became an empowering experience that contributed directly to my baby's progress and helped me feel more connected and confident as a mother. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the nurses in the Antenatal Ward, NICU, and especially Nurse Nana. Their gentle presence, patience, and unwavering dedication made a world of difference during my stay. They treated me not just as a patient, but as a person going through one of the most vulnerable times in life. Thanks to the incredible team at Pantai Hospital KL, this pregnancy was not just well-managed medically. It became a healing and redemptive experience. It helped me move past the fear and trauma from my previous pregnancy and embrace this journey with hope and gratitude. I will forever be thankful for that. If you're an expecting mom, especially navigating a high-risk pregnancy or carrying emotional scars from a previous birth. I wholeheartedly recommend Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. With the right team, you can feel safe again. You can heal."
"I decided to visit because the reviews were so good. It was a 10-15 minute walk from the station, up a slight slope. The road was wide and there wasn't much traffic, but most cars were speeding. It's best not to cross except at crosswalks. I think it would be nice if there was a bus stop in front of the hospital. Many foreigners use the hospital, and I noticed many Japanese reviews, especially since Japanese is spoken there. The hospital is clean, and the surrounding area is quiet, with a variety of restaurants, so it might be convenient. The ethnic composition of the staff seems overwhelmingly Malay. At Thomson Hospital, there were a lot of Chinese and Indian staff. This hospital is all about money, changing doctors every day and repeatedly asking pointless questions and charging consultation fees. Even though I asked to wait because my fixed-term deposit was due in three days, they called me two or three times a day to persistently demand payment: about RM60,000. My wife was probably being held captive with an IV needle stuck in her arm, even though she was recovering. A terrible experience that I never want to go back to."
"Super fast service. We arrived on a Sunday morning just after 8:00 am, and everything was completed—including collecting the medication—by 10:30 am. There was only one patient ahead of us. The service was fast and efficient. Dr. Rebecca Priya at the emergency center has an excellent command of English, made an accurate diagnosis, and provided clear, detailed explanations. The diagnosis was gout. Pain relief was administered via IV drip, and we were given several days’ worth of medication, including antibiotics. The total cost came to just over RM700. They also thoughtfully provided snacks for patients’ family members. Overall, we felt very safe and confident in their care."
"My mother, Cindy Djoenaedi, came from Indonesia and successfully underwent bilateral total knee replacement surgery with Dr. Sivanathan Kanagarayar on 16 December 2025 at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. We truly appreciate Dr. Siva’s professionalism, as well as the excellent support from his clinic assistant, Rohana, who was very helpful throughout the medication and follow-up process. Our overall experience at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur was very positive. From the moment we arrived, the hospital staff were attentive and welcoming. Officers were ready to assist us from the car and promptly provided a wheelchair when needed. During the X-ray examination, although the queue was quite long, the process was handled quickly, efficiently, and in an organized manner, which made it very convenient. During the inpatient stay, we felt well cared for and comfortable. The nurses and doctors were attentive, supportive, and professional, making the recovery period feel safe and reassuring. The admission and discharge processes were smooth, fast, and efficient, with minimal waiting time. Overall, I highly recommend Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur to anyone seeking medical treatment. The medical team is professional, the hospital environment is pleasant, and the level of hospitality and patient care is excellent."
