"average service time, not too fast and not that slow parking is a little inconvenient since you have to park at the autoparking area next to the hospital and walk around 2 minutes"

"I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. When I told the staff that I am Burmese and not Thai, two nurses immediately changed their attitude. They looked annoyed, were impatient, and did not communicate properly with me. As a patient, I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. Healthcare staff should treat all patients equally, regardless of nationality or language. Later, two other nurses with a much better attitude assisted me, and the situation improved. This clearly shows that the issue was not the workload, but the behavior of certain staff members. I hope the hospital will take this seriously and provide better training on professionalism and non-discriminatory care."

"I went for an emergency due to very strong pains in my stomach area. They staff were so rude and blamed me for my pain and separated me from my partner and put security guards around me so that I could not have a conversation with my partner. I am not complaining that I was charged Bht 76,000 for this emergency but because I felt treated like a criminal patient..Despite this is the closest hospital to my house, I will never consult this hospital for any futur treatments. I also send an email but never received any reply. They mention that they will do in investigation, never contacted me either, probably they just using words to let them look professional but without any meanings. PS: Many weeks have passed, not received any information regarding their so called 'investigation", which I assume was not done but just a kind of no-nonsense reply standard reply without any meanings. Also send 3 emails for an follow up, never got any replies...which shows exactly how do they care."

"Don't believe any google post that says colonoscopy with anesthesia for under 30,000b...... They are not including a bunch of extra fees from nursing services, to parking, etc. Yanhee wanted 30,000b, but then the price jumped to over 75,000b after hidden fees. Paolo Kaset has their fees too, but Dr Thaiyanon was more honest then any doctor I have met in Thailand. He is a Castrologist and likes to laugh...... Though the hospital advertizes a 20,000b colonoscopy, "Doc Thai" was straight-up and said the total should not exceed 40,000b + labs and xrays. When everything was complete my bill was 38,500b and he used the labs I had from "Bad Yanhee"........ If you are a 60yo old fat American who wants some reliable cancer screening for a fair price, I recommend Paolo Kaset and Dr Thaiyanon."
