"I had an operation and admitted on this hospital last May 18, 2023 and based on my experience I am very satisfied with the service. They’re all accommodating from admission, nurses to doctors. The room I have was well cleaned and sanitized, the nurses checks you from time to time as well as doctors just ensure your safety. The Phil-health and my HMO provider which is Intellicare was also fast and efficient to settle some my bills. I can say that their staffs are well trained 💯 Tips: if you have an upcoming surgery and needs to be admitted make sure to reserve a room a week prior to the admission, just to ensure that you have a guaranteed room."
"The only good thing about this hospital was their machines. X-ray was convenient because it can be moved. The doctor my mom had when she was admitted was very confusing and unhelpful. She kept noticing our clothes telling us that we shouldn't wear black. We were so worried since my mom had severe couh"
"This experience made me trust hospitals even less. I was given a choice by a doctor to either go to Asian or to go here. I was afraid that I would have the same experience at Asian Hospital where they very obviously bloated up my bill. And so I said, I'll just try this place out. But at the emergency room, I had to follow up at least three times to get attended to. And someone finally checked up on me after three hours of waiting. ER na yun. Paano kung emergency talaga? What would have happened, right? And then they said I needed to get admitted. When did I actually get admitted? Six hours after the checkup. And then while I was waiting in one of the beds in the ER, I already noticed that the nurses were just loud and noisy. Not because they were calling each other's attention, talking about patients, or because they were running around attending to the patients. No. They were having personal conversations. And they were very loud. It's like there's no awareness of the space they're in and that they are surrounded by people who are uncomfortable, who are not feeling well. And who don't appreciate loudness. Anyhow, I was brought up to my room. I spent a few nights confined. And it was the same experience. The nurses, even the doctors - the doctors sounded like they were giving a sermon to the patients. Walang empathy. Parang business or sales proposal lang lahat when this one loud doctor was talking to the family of his paient. O diba? we u sera told what they were talking about because he was just so loud… may pa-konsenya pa na pag daw sila nagkita ni San Pedro e he would know that he has given this family the right advice. E di wow!… And the nurses, again, in and out of my room in the middle of the night to check up on me, to get my stats, to give me medicine, to check on my machine that keeps beeping while I have my companion sleeping. They needed to do what they needed to do pero kailangan maingay? Parang walang ibang tao. Parang sila-sila lang nag-uusap. I don't understand why they have to be so loud and why they don't, again, seem to be aware of their surroundings. That they're expected to be a little bit more respectful of the patients and their companions and that it's nighttime and that people are resting and sleeping. Bakit kailangan maingay? Bakit kailangan ang lakas ng boses? The first 24 hours wasn't bad, pero noong nagpalit na ng nurses, I've had to call like three, four times to follow up on a hot water bag, to follow up on help because my machine kept beeping. Add that to the fact na ang sakit na ng katawan ko and I was already feeling very dizzy because the other nurses popped a few veins inserting the IV on me. And the fact that they had to move my IV six times and it took at least six nurses to get my IV sorted out, so the machine would stop beeping and so I can actually sustain the drip. This plus I had to wait 5 hours to get a blood bag, when the interval should just be 1 hour. I don't know. I don't know what the culture or the decorum for nurses and doctors are now in hospitals. I personally just think that they should be more discrete and considerate of their patients and their companions. And that urgency is a key behavior that is expected of them. Kung hindi man talaga kayang mag-demonstrate ng urgency, sana may explanation kung bakit ganun katagal ang wait, kung bakit kailangan ng two, three, four follow-ups. And the doctors who attended to me? All said they will provide proof so my HMO will approve the claim. Ending we had to follow up, make a scene at the nurse’s station, wait again and get help from my HMO to talk to the billers so we can get discharged past cut-off… that one nurse, nagpa-fill out ng form walang dalang pen! Sabi babalik, 4 hours na wala pa. Yung pala we had to be the ones to bring the forms to the biller. No instructions! People pay so much when they have to get admitted and the experience is already so stressful. Given that all who work in hospitals are professionals in CARE, I hope we can expect more. then may indian intern na pasilsilip sa room. katakot lang"
"My brother was experiencing stomach cramps and due to the intensity of the pain, he decided to be rushed to the hospital's ER. 9:07 PM - Arrival at the Triage 9:23 PM - Vitals were checked 9:48 PM - Blood pressure was checked, during this time my brother was only sitting on their benches while waiting for an IV. 10:26 PM - IV was inserted, blood was drawn (take note: it took MORE THAN AN HOUR for this to be given to my brother) From 10:26 PM - 1:49 AM - We waited for this whole duration just for the lab test results to be given to us. No bed was given to us as well since they were at full capacity. 2:00 AM - went home A total of 5 hours at the emergency room. Do you think that's something that the patients want to experience while feeling sick? The whole time we were there, there were lots of staff on duty but all we hear from them is "pa-wait lang po ha" which is so infuriating at times. The doctor also seems slow and inexperienced. What you should consider: - Increase the bed capacity in the ER and make sure that ALL patients rushed can have a bed to lie on. Most of the patients who came in around the same time as us were seen lying on benches while in pain. SOMEONE HAS TO REMIND ME THAT THIS ISN'T A PUBLIC HOSPITAL BECAUSE IT FEELS AND LOOKS LIKE IT. - Since the organization has been around for some time, I'm sure you guys have tools and processes that you know you can improve. Please do so, service is SO SLOW AND EACH STEP TAKES AN HOUR 😭 Some nicknamed the hospital as "PERA-petual" and I have to agree. Not even the quality of your services can justify the expensive cost. 😅 Never gonna go back unless we're out of options 🥰"
"Excellent Hospital Experience! I had my laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and I’m truly grateful for the exceptional care I received from the entire hospital team. From admission to discharge, everything was smooth, organized, and handled with genuine professionalism. The doctors were very thorough in explaining the procedure, making sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. The nursing staff were attentive, compassionate, and always ready to assist—whether it was managing pain, checking in on my recovery, or simply offering reassuring words. The operating room team made me feel safe and calm before the surgery, and the post-op care was excellent. My recovery was faster and more comfortable than I expected, thanks to their expertise and dedication. Clean facility, warm staff, and truly patient-centered service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!"
