"My family has been coming here since I was very young and still continue coming until today. It used to be well organised even though it’s not as luxurious compared to other BDMS hospitals. However, since last year my experience has been dramatically worse. Long queue, hours of waiting, and has been hearing of 15 min booking windows when doctors taking much longer than that per patient making your wait even longer regardless of coming beforehand or on time for appointments. Today my patience is explored - coming at 9 for 10 am appointment but now 12:18 when I’m writing this and still haven’t my turn yet and being told to come back after lunchtime. This is seriously ridiculous!"

"My sister got to the PhayaThai 2 hospital with heart problem and doctors with nurses acted so fast and professional and made sure my sister gets the best treatment. This hospital works with international insurance. Cardiology is really good and doctors work and explain everything great and fast. CCU was looking after my sister 24/7 and were in contact with me all the time. Doctors were working all together to make sure she recovers quickly. The patient rooms are comfy and nurses are really nice. Food is good and patient can choose any meal from the big menu to eat. Rooms are so clean and being cleaned 2 times a day. I could stay and sleep with my sister in her room as much as I wanted.All hospital team is so professional and caring about the patients well being. I’m grateful for all hospital workers for taking good care of my sister. Good hospital and I totally recommend for foreigners."

"I have visited the hospital on a few occasions and have always been treated with exceptional care and professionalism. Recently, I had a small procedure. I was guided through every step and each member of the team showed outstanding care and expertise. My sincere gratitude to everyone in the gastrointestinal department. I was treated by Dr Nattida- who was absolutely amazing. A special thank you to Narat (Nalat) who translated for me at every stage with absolute dedication. I once visited a different hospital in Bangkok and did not receive the same level of professional care and understanding, despite being highly regarded. Phaya Thai 2 hospital is first class."

"*DO NOT COME HERE FOR MEDICAL CHECK UP* . You pay the same price as other hospitals however, you ended up waiting for a queue for 1 hour. There are 5 registration counters but they only called 2 persons at a time. Not sure how they manage the queue here. But definitely worth the price you are paying for. When asking why when we book for the service before but I need to wait for the queue for more than 1 hour, the staff answers that because one queue can be book for upto 10 persons. Ridiculous service & systems. Other hospitals you only need to wait for 15 mins"

"This is my first time using this room after the hospital’s renovation, and I’m really impressed. The lounge is very spacious, and the nurses provide excellent service—polite, attentive, and always ready to give clear information and help with everything. I highly recommend coming here for a health check-up; there are many programs to choose from, and the process is quite convenient and fast. I hope the hospital will continue to improve the other floors as well, making them look bright, clean, and open throughout."
