"My sister got to the PhayaThai 2 hospital with heart problem and doctors with nurses acted so fast and professional and made sure my sister gets the best treatment. This hospital works with international insurance. Cardiology is really good and doctors work and explain everything great and fast. CCU was looking after my sister 24/7 and were in contact with me all the time. Doctors were working all together to make sure she recovers quickly. The patient rooms are comfy and nurses are really nice. Food is good and patient can choose any meal from the big menu to eat. Rooms are so clean and being cleaned 2 times a day. I could stay and sleep with my sister in her room as much as I wanted.All hospital team is so professional and caring about the patients well being. I’m grateful for all hospital workers for taking good care of my sister. Good hospital and I totally recommend for foreigners."

"*DO NOT COME HERE FOR MEDICAL CHECK UP* . You pay the same price as other hospitals however, you ended up waiting for a queue for 1 hour. There are 5 registration counters but they only called 2 persons at a time. Not sure how they manage the queue here. But definitely worth the price you are paying for. When asking why when we book for the service before but I need to wait for the queue for more than 1 hour, the staff answers that because one queue can be book for upto 10 persons. Ridiculous service & systems. Other hospitals you only need to wait for 15 mins"

Overall, it was a very positive experience. **Mr. Shawon**, our Bengali interpreter, was outstanding — helpful, insightful, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Having someone who could communicate clearly in Bengali made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. **Our process and pricing** (for anyone researching costs): - Initial full health check package (male/female): **33,500 THB** - PET/CT scan: done externally, **60,000 THB** - Lung Bronchoscopy with EBUS (Endobronchial Ultrasound) biopsy: **80,000 THB** - Biopsy results came back negative, but the surgeon still recommended tumor removal - Surgical estimate given: **650,000 THB** The hospital also provided daily pickup and drop-off, including airport transfers, which was a huge help while managing everything in a new country. **My tip for others considering this hospital:** if possible, get your PET/CT done in Bangladesh first and bring the full report, scans, and CD with you. It'll save you time and money here. Overall, a well-organized hospital with caring staff, and a great option for a second opinion compared to what's available in Bangladesh."
