"I had rhinoplasty in 2011. He operated on me three times, and he didn't fix the problem, which in my opinion wasn't that complex: correcting a deviated septum and lifting the tip of my nose. Instead, he filed down the front part of the septum to the point that from the side, I look like I have no nose. He didn't lift the tip, and the septum is still deviated. "I had rhinoplasty for a deviated septum 15 years ago. I'm not a doctor, but I've seen that the proper procedure is to reshape and realign the septum. What he did was file down the deviated side to make the deviation less noticeable, and he also filed down the front part, which left me with almost no nose. I told him it still looked deviated and the tip pointed downwards. He said it looked deviated because of the swelling. The swelling went down, but it still looked deviated. He tried to fix it twice, but he did the same thing. Fifteen years later, I would have preferred my nose the way it was before."

"In 2001, Dr. Pino performed an abdominoplasty on me, and honestly, the experience wasn't good. My belly button ended up huge and deformed, about a centimeter off to the right. He tried to fix it twice more, but all he did was put a thread around it to make it look smaller, but it would wrinkle, and anyway, the incision around my belly button was already too large, and the thread kept breaking. It wouldn't heal, and he kept telling me to give it time. I think it would have healed with antibiotics.
