Nothing has arrived, I tell them. Yes, yes, we'll look at the creatine again, they say. You'll have it tomorrow morning. The next day at 2pm I call again because I haven't received anything. They tell me the doctor is looking at it now. You'll have it within AT LEAST an hour. It means they didn't send anything I call again at 4:30pm, and finally they sent it to me then...."
