"Clinique Plaza has an absolutely incredible team from the doctors and nurses to receptionists and cleaners. My dad received some of the best medical care we’ve ever experienced. After fracturing his femur, he received surgery within 24 hours and had physio everyday after the surgery for the 2 week stay. The hospital suite was fully equipped to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Friendly and attentive nurses made it so much easier. "My father stayed here for five days after prostate surgery. Despite repeated requests, the doctor never checked on him post-surgery, even though he was in constant pain and bleeding. We were repeatedly told the doctor would come, but he never did — which was very concerning. Most of the nurses were caring and helpful, but one nurse (a young woman with grayish contact lenses) was rude and dismissive to both my father and our family. She made an already stressful situation worse. We expected more accountability and compassion from the medical team."
