"I’m really disappointed with Les Narcisses Clinique. The service is unbelievably slow, and even though we are paying a lot of money, we’re treated as if our time doesn’t matter. This is supposed to be a private hospital, yet there’s no urgency, no care, and no respect for patients. Totally unacceptable."

"After booking an appointment with a Doctor in this Clinique for my elderly mom at 7PM, we have sent back and told to come back to see the doctor in 2 hours. She meet her 1st doctor around 10PM. In fact for us, this is not a big deal! Before meeting the the 1st doctor, we have to pay for his consultation, and there is no problem with that too. However after paying for the consultation, he meet us for 1 min and he wrote a notice for the reception that my mom should be send to a different doctor. He told us that we are already paid for that, and we do not need to pay for the same consulation. We were sent to the next day. The next morning, we came at 9AM and we have to wait for the second doctor till 16h30. The problem is that we have to pay for the second consulation although the first doctor stated clearly that we are already paid and he has written a notice for the reception, but they just ignore it and push us to pay it again. And so we did! We meet the 2nd doctor, and she described some medicine, and asked my mom to do the scanner... We come to see the outcome, but, there is no doctor to read the result or advice us about what to do! Every has to be sent with whatsapp to the doctor. We had never received any reply from here till this moment! We had to go to a a different private clinique to check again and read the result of analysis...ect. Not to state the crowds, mainly on August. and lack to management. Overall i'm not happy with the experience and I would recommend to go somewhere else and save your money!"
