"I was in for a foot injury and was seen by Dr Karthik Dayalan. He was exceptional in making me feel comfortable first that I am in safe hands and explained the procedure on my treatment which gave me lots of confidence even before getting the surgery done. During the surgery he coordinated with the staff and other surgeons involved and made sure I feel comfortable. The staff at Prashant hospital nurses, manager and even the person who delivered my meals were very polite kind and helpful. The rooms and the hospital was very clean and I had a very good experience at the hospital. I did not even ask or expect but they provided healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner and also had a very clean canteen so our family member could have food instead of stepping outside. "My 2 year old daughter was admitted here from 12.02.26 to 16.02.26 with very high fever and cold. We were not able to identify the root cause of the infection, however Dr. Kamalnathan and team's diagnosis was on point and they cured my daughter successfully. We could see her body reacting positively to the treatment from the very first day. They even provide very nicely prepared, patient friendly meals directly to the room. The nurses were very attentive, sincere and caring. Special highlight to Ms. Dhanushree who specially catered to my daughter. The insurance team were very proactive and supportive in getting the necessary clearances done properly and timely, they even pointed out my mistakes which could have delayed the process and helped us rectify them. Even the cleaning staff did a very thorough clean of the rooms, the bathrooms and changing the sheets, etc., every day and the managers visited every day to check for feedbacks/improvements. This is truly a world class facility, filled with extremely talented professionals in every field and dedicated staff who support them in delivering this world class treatment to the people.
