He has been exceptional in his treatment and takes the time to talk you through each and every aspect of his care. His clinic assistant is also gentle and helpful. "It was a great experience to visit the clinic . Dr Suresh has excellent bedside manners and explained to me what is the issue and advised against unnecessary treatments. Earlier for the same issue I was almost asked to do an immediate extraction. The clinic is one of the lowest in terms of their charges that I have been in KL . It’s been 7 years that I have lived in KL and I wish I have visited here sooner . The reception and nurse are really wry polite and well mannered."

"Had a genuinely wonderful experience at Pristine Dental Mid Valley with Dr Sanjit and RC. 💙 You can really tell when people take pride in their work. Dr Sanjit was professional, patient, and thorough, which immediately put me at ease as someone who gets quite nervous about dental visits. I was also surprised that the scaling was much less painful than what I had experienced before. What stood out was how thorough the team was! They did before and after checks with the camera to ensure the tartar was properly removed, and you could tell they genuinely cared about the outcome rather than rushing through the appointment. I initially came in considering whitening, but Dr Sanjit honestly advised me to prioritise my gum health first and treated my mild gingivitis instead. That integrity meant a lot to me. You converted a fearful patient into someone willing to return regularly. "One of my twins had a swollen gum due to premature tooth extraction from another clinic. She was in pain for a week. Dr Sanjit was very gentle when attending to her and took time to explain why her gum became swollen using simple kids’ term. He was patient with my girls and their questions and answer each with enthusiasm. He is assuring that my other twin wanted to have her teeth scaled and polished. No blood. No pain. A great experience for kids. The entire session was made fun for the girls and of course they got a sticker surprise paper each that made their day. I highly recommend this dental clinic as the staff is all friendly and helpful when my girl was in distress. They walked out with a smile on their face."
