"Cumbersome and time-wasting registration process, within three months I have been asked twice to sign pages of forms and produce an ID (photocopied each time). Equally cumbersome and time-wasting payment process. An advance payment of 1000 eur was requested for two standard medical consultations and one simple x-ray exam. When I remarked the incorrect level of advance payment requested (200 eur higher than what the internal rules of this hospital foresee), the reply was „it will be reimbursed on your credit card“. Only God knows when. Based also on previous experiences (2023 and 2025), overcharging is here the rule, customer care the exception. I also received a prompt but fully useless reply to my detailed written complaint. An organisation that cannot learn from its mistakes is a dysfunctional one. Should I let this organisation look after my health? Surely not, we will go elsewhere in the future!"

"I had an amazing experience in the hospital. The staff was incredible. I don't speak German but everyone I've been in contact with spoke English. Everyone was so nice, friendly, attentive and professional. (Extra shout out to Selina for being so friendly and making me feel comfortable from the beginning). Huge thank you for all the doctors, nurses and health care professionals for taking such a good care of me. :) Ps. The food was very good too."

"The midwife Maria Salsi-Thum was absolutely essential to the health of our two children. The entire experience was overwhelmingly positive, from the very first conversation before the birth (Vorsprechen) to the guidance and support she offered in the postpartum period. Her care was truly human and compassionate. She was always willing to help, focusing on the baby’s health without ever forgetting the parents’ well-being. I will never forget that during our very first conversation, she asked whether I wanted to breastfeed and assured me that, if that was my wish, she would be there to support me. And she truly was. She helped me identify better ways to breastfeed, both in terms of the baby’s latch and my own posture. I will also never forget when, months later, my first daughter was already seven months old, and I suddenly had a breast issue. Even though she was on vacation, she answered my call and guided me through what to do. Knowing that I could count on Maria Salsi-Thum made both my pregnancy and postpartum period feel much more supported and at ease. Her dedication, empathy, and professionalism made all the difference for our family. I couldn’t be more grateful."
