"The doctors were very professional, and my doctor has been excellent throughout my pregnancy. They have a lot of room for improvement in the nursing department. In terms of sample collection, compared to other places, the inexperience of some nurses is noticeable. When I went to have my glucose levels checked, I had to keep reminding them that it was my turn, and they kept disappearing. Similarly, regarding invoices, I don't know what the problem is with the disorganization. When I paid, I mentioned that I needed an invoice, and two weeks have passed, and they still haven't issued it. Every time I ask, they ask me for the payment voucher again. As for the specialists, they were all very good, but they should definitely improve in those areas."
