"My uncle got an implant last week and we were really surprised by the result! We're waiting for the doctor to come in for aftercare instructions now 😃😃"

"My name is Higor. I had a hair transplant two months ago and I'm very happy. From the first day, they treated me very well, and now my hair has grown back completely in just two months. I can already see the results. I give it 5 stars and highly recommend it."

"I'm from Mar del Plata. I had the transplant 9 days ago and had a very good experience. Dr. Benito is a genius; he gives you a lot of confidence with his experience. The pain is minimal. I encourage you to do it; you won't regret it."

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. My experience was extremely negative and left me with a great deal of distress. It was a terrible ordeal. The surgery lasted almost 12 hours (when the usual duration, as previously informed, was between 6 and 8). During the procedure, I experienced a particularly difficult situation: at the moment of the implant in the frontal area—the most sensitive—I felt intense pain, cut by cut, for a prolonged period (more than an hour and a half). As a patient, this experience led me to feel that the anesthesia was poorly administered, as the effect seemed to wear off at a crucial stage of the procedure. During that time, I was repeatedly told to "just hang in there a little longer because we're almost done," while the pain was constant. I understand that there are medical limits to the administration of anesthesia; even so, this experience was extremely distressing, a nightmare. At the end, exhausted and in pain after such a traumatic experience, the receptionist (Florencia) asked me to leave a positive review in front of her. I felt pressured and unable to refuse because of her presence and the way she looked at me. I did refuse, and as I left, I deleted the photo because it didn't reflect what I had experienced; I was only thinking about leaving that place. What most affected my confidence was the contradictory information I received. The receptionist (Florencia) repeatedly assured me that Dr. Benito is a plastic surgeon, which gave me more confidence when making my decision. However, after everything that happened, I have doubts about Dr. Benito. I don't believe he is a plastic surgeon because when I requested proof of his specialization, they were never able to send me a document certifying his profession. There were discrepancies in the information provided regarding many things, but especially regarding the number of grafts. Later, via chat, it was explained to me that the initial figure, and in my opinion, everything previously reported, was intended to appease me, to agree with me, because ACCORDINGLY it was what "I wanted to hear." Had I had the accurate information from the beginning, my decision to have the surgery would have been different in order to preserve my donor area. In the post-operative period, the treatment changed noticeably. Most of the time, I was the one who had to initiate the chat, and it seemed like I was bothering them for asking questions. The day after the surgery, I had severe headaches, and the swelling on my forehead, due to the amount of anesthesia, persisted for about a week. I developed a lot of scabs! Today, 40 days after the procedure, the area is still red, uncomfortable, and has scarring, which is causing me enormous anxiety and uncertainty. I waited this long before expressing my dissatisfaction, hoping to receive some professional follow-up and empathy. Furthermore, I was given a two-month supply of medication in capsules with no visible laboratory identification, no expiration date, and no label. For personal safety reasons, I requested the option of using medication from an authorized laboratory, but I was told I had to purchase it myself, even though it was already included in the package. I stopped taking it because initially I experienced tachycardia, but then I developed a severe and persistent headache. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS ACTUALLY TAKING. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the receptionist (Florencia), I felt I was subjected to numerous personal attacks, such as being told not to continue attending the clinic without first receiving a "psychological discharge." I am not currently undergoing psychological or psychiatric treatment; I experienced this and many other similar comments as a form of personal attack rather than a professional approach to my complaint. Given the lack of response or solution, I will be taking legal action, as I am now facing additional expenses and searching for another facility. This is because part of the money I paid included medication for six months, mesotherapy, and medical checkups, which is causing me great concern and uncertainty. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I'm leaving the images of the chat with the receptionist Florencia."

"I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at the aesthetic clinic for the impeccable care I received. I had a procedure done on my head, and from the very first moment, I felt supported, cared for, and supported. The professionalism, warmth, and dedication of each person were exceptional. They provided excellent service and were attentive to every detail throughout the entire process. Without a doubt, I recommend this place. Their commitment and dedication are truly evident. I hope more people can benefit from this service because the human and professional quality is incredible."
