"Very disappointing experience. This hospital seems more focused on making money than patient care. The management, services, and staff are extremely poor. Nurses are unskilled and show no accountability. At the time of discharge, we were given another patient’s ultrasound report. When we informed the hospital after reaching home, they sent the report on WhatsApp. To our shock, both reports were exactly the same—word to word, same values, same findings. How is that even possible that 2 patients ultrasound report is exact same? What makes it worse is that the ultrasound summary mentioned in the discharge report is completely different from the ultrasound report they shared later. This raises a serious question: which report was actually shown to the doctor? The nurse at discharge was clearly untrained. She was just reading the summary without understanding anything and couldn’t answer a single query. The nurses don’t even know how to properly insert a cannula. Because of this, my patient’s hand became badly bruised and turned blue. This shows a complete lack of basic nursing skills. They charged for a dietician visit, but no dietician ever came. After 5 PM and on Sundays, they charge double for tests and doctor visits. A CT scan was charged at ₹27,000, which is extremely high. They also charge very high room rent, but there are hardly any facilities in the room. For the amount they charge, basic comfort and services are missing. The ultrasound and CT scan staff were very very rude and unprofessional. The only good part of our experience was Dr. Nripen Saikia, who is very good, soft-spoken, and understanding doctor. I really wish that this doctor is available in any other hospital. Honestly, even government hospitals provide better care than this place. I would strongly advise people not to choose this hospital. There are many better hospitals available with more ethical practices."

"I am Pankaj Khandooja, a 33-year-old male. In 2020, during the Covid period, my kidneys were adversely affected due to uncontrolled high blood pressure, which caused a significant rise in my blood creatinine levels. "Highly professional doctors and caring staff. A challenging kidney infection case bordering on sepsis was managed sensitively yet swiftly, intensive care was avoided and the patient discharged in just over a week. Special thanks to Dr Anurag Mahajan (Internal Medicine), Dr Soubeer Ghosh (Nephrology) and Dr PP Kotwal (Orthopaedics). Every investigation, procedure and medicine was explained in advance. No unnecessary tests were done. Response time of the nursing station and general duty attendants was remarkable. Housekeeping was impeccable. Patient diet management was done balancing their preferences with the dietary requirements of the ailment. One does not wish for a hospital stay. But if one must, this is how it should be."

"PSRI Hospital, Sheikh Sarai, is a well-equipped private hospital offering a wide range of modern medical services. The infrastructure is good and they position themselves as providers of world-class care. However, the costs are significantly higher—often two to three times more than other private hospitals; unless you are covered under a panel. My experience in the dental department was mixed. While the facilities were adequate, the doctor came across as somewhat rude and created anxiety by strongly emphasising potential future complications and additional procedures. There was also insistence on getting tests done from a specific diagnostic lab, which felt uncomfortable. Overall, the hospital offers comprehensive services, but patients may want to be mindful and seek clarity before proceeding with recommended procedures."
