"As I witness in several hospitals, it is sad to see so little attention to customer care. They cannot deal with my direct insurance billing. I always end up paying all bills individually and therefore ask for a reimbursement. Miss delegation and you have to wait for the officer in charge to countersign all documents with the corresponding waste of time. My wife needed to have an emergency cesario as a result of a most likely poor handled procedure. When going back for medication she was held waiting in pain while everyone were moving responsibility to someone else. Terrible hospital."

"I have very negative feelings towards this place and rightfully so: the appointments with my doctor who is the head, Pal Siklos were depressing, his attitude childish and arrogant, I should have known better than staying in there to give birth which turned into my nightmare of 2,5 years! I was near dying in the birthing room, his appointed substitute doctor induced me against my will and refused to give me medicine to handle extreme pain and suffering from the distressing pain of that procedure. He and the nurse ignored all agreements that were made prior with my own doctor! I was gravely traumatized by the whole event. They had no concern for my requests, except their own personal needs for the night to be taken care of, so pushed me into giving birth as it was more convenient for them, not what my body needed at that point in time! Had to survive the PTSD which also traumatized everyone at home, who had no idea what's going on with me after delivering the 6 baby. Stay away from them."

"The reception staff were helpful and very welcoming. However I did not have the most pleasant experience with their medical staff specifically with their gynaecologist. She was absolutely horrible, rude, with the lack of patient respect. Starting with being late for 15 mins, continuing with the fact that she barely understood the problem, always shouting, not even listening to the complaint and could finally get some clues about the complaint after at least 3 times I repeated for a very simple and common case. How is it even possible to shout at everyone even at your patient in a medical environment? Least civilised way of working in this field."
