"I’ve been there 3 times with a cornea scratch and had to wait every time unnecessarily for 6 hours only to get a prescription!"

"The waiting is awful but even worse thing is that they are so rude. My eyes are extremely uncomfortable and the doctor just judged my situation in 1 minute and identified it as not emergent but he also couldn’t guarantee if it’s emergent or not unless I have the check. I couldn’t get the check for hours because he said I am not in emergency. I feel so mistreated, this is not what the patient deserves."

The head doctor (that was what the female doctor said when she said their head doctor will speak to us) was callous on how he brushes off one of the doctors. She wanted to offer help but he told her off. He has no courtesy for the people and the patients present. He could use some kindness."

"One star is a very big compliment for them. It’s probably the worst hospital I have ever been to. The staff is rude, doctors are not better. I came there with an urgent case, and still was waiting for 6 hours to get 30 seconds examination. The doctor didn’t even disinfect his hands before examining my eyes, either didn’t give any recommendations. What a waste of time. “Horrendous” I can repeat this word endlessly. Stay away by all your means."
