"Bad. Doctor was good but They charged us 50000ft for an only 5 min visit. LIterally. In the main fee it was officialy 40000ft , still overpriced but actually clear. Then we went to pay, and they asked for 68000ft. We asked why and they said there was an “english documentation”, ridiculous. We told them that we did not ask for it and showed them the main official price. Then they just removed randomly 10000 forint from the price. But they still charged us the 18000ft for the english documentation. Firstly, we did not even ask for the documents to be in english and its just hilarious! Wont go there in my life again."

"We recently took our 12-year-old son for a check-up. While there was nothing wrong with the doctor or the consultation itself, and we were aware that the initial fee was 39,900 HUF, we were unpleasantly surprised at the reception afterwards. We were given a receipt for about 70,000 HUF. When I asked why the price was so high, the receptionist took back the receipt and printed a new one showing an amount of 50,800 HUF, explaining that 10,800 HUF was charged for providing an English-language document — something we had not requested. it seemed this was essentially a “foreigner’s fee.”🤪 What is puzzling is that when we visited this same clinic a year ago for another English-speaking doctor, the fee was 39,900 HUF, and I was also given the document in English, without any additional charges. Due to this unprofessional and opportunistic behavior, I will not be visiting this clinic again."

"Very clean hospital!! Their toilets are equipped with women sanitary needs which I found thoughtful. The staff were patient and welcoming and if I may add spoke very good English. Timings are spot on too. I have no complaints at all. I had a good experience with the ENT specialist, DR. Andrej Banik; I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and that is admirable. I would definitely recommend him AND the hospital too! I’m impressed"
