"I visited Saifee Hospital at 7:00 AM for a scheduled surgery. The night-shift staff handled the billing and guided us to wait in the lobby. We also completed the advance payment for the procedure. Everything went smoothly until the morning shift change. At around 7:00 AM, Ms. Renuka arrived at the counter. I approached her to ask about the expected time for room allotment. Unfortunately, her response was upsetting. Instead of providing clear information, she simply asked us to “be comfortable,” which felt dismissive, especially considering we had chosen this hospital for its reputed service quality. Later, when we inquired about the availability of a daycare room after the procedure, we were informed that the shift had already moved the patient to a general ward. Ms. Renuka mentioned that her colleague had already explained this—however, this information was never communicated to us. If she is seated at the counter, patients expect clear, polite, and helpful communication. Her approach felt unprofessional and added unnecessary stress at a time when patients are already anxious. On a positive note, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the staff on the upper floor, especially Ms. Sonali and the nursing team. Their kindness, support, and professionalism truly made a difference. Their service reassured me of the care and quality that Saifee Hospital is known for. I kindly request that staff members like Ms. Renuka be trained and educated on patient communication, as individuals visiting a hospital are often already worried or emotionally burdened. Empathy and proper communication can make a significant impact on patient experience."

"If i could give a zero rating, i would. More of a hospitality service than a hospital. All they care about is their useless protocols and not give a damn about patients. Doctors here either talk like maulavis or mechanics. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone, my uncle died due to their negligence and their delayed diagnosis of his illness. All they care about is money and protocols, which are laid down for their own comfort rather than to treat patients. They even perform procedures on your loved ones without your consent, or will give strong and unnecessary medications without consulting with the bystander, just because they think that it will help them treat the patient better. Just never trust this hospital, they are just a money making machine."

The doctors are experienced and explain the patient’s condition in detail. The nursing staff is available 24/7 and deals with patients very politely. The wards are clean and hygienic. Treatment was given on time and the management was also very supportive. Highly recommended.”"

"Saifee is an amazing Hospital. -The doctors, nurse and the housekeeping staff all are helpful and co-operative. -The food is also good for the patient as well as the attendee. -The billing process is smooth no hassle whatsoever. -TPA desk is proactive and responsive. -They have a very good provision for relatives/attendees of patient who are staying overnight. There are dedicated bunker beds separate for male and female. -We had selected twin sharing room and the facilities provided was excellent. -Only cons would be the waiting area near the reception is small and gets too crowded. Further Waiting for the lift is another nightmare. Overall, the experience here was good and we did not face much problem. Infact thanks to the nurses and housekeeping staff who are genuinely good."
