"After a very serious scooter accident in Indonesia, I was transferred by medical plane to this hospital in Bangkok for emergency treatment. From the very first moments, I knew I was in the best possible hands. I was first admitted to the Intensive Care Unit, where the entire medical team showed an exceptional level of professionalism, skill, and humanity. The doctors were incredibly competent and attentive, always taking the time to explain what was happening and to make sure I felt safe. The nurses were simply amazing, caring, patient, and gentle at all times. I later continued my recovery on Ward 3, 11th floor, where the quality of care remained outstanding. Every nurse on this floor treated me with such compassion and respect, ensuring I was comfortable, clean, and never in pain. The doctors followed up regularly, and I always felt supported and well looked after. I also want to sincerely thank Sum, the French interpreter, who made my stay so much easier. Her kindness, professionalism, and constant support made a huge difference for both me and my family during this challenging time. The hospital itself is modern, spotless, and extremely well organized. Every detail, from hygiene to meals and pain management, is handled with remarkable care and empathy. I will never forget how the entire team took care of me and helped me recover from such a traumatic experience. I am deeply grateful to everyone involved. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of serious medical care in Thailand. They truly saved my life."

"Was here for a check-up on my back issues. My doctor, Dr Chumphon, seemed pretty rushed and impatient, maybe because mine is only a milder case in his perspective. The typical experience you get at many places but at a private hospital like this I would have expected a bit more attentiveness because I'm still a paying customer after all. In the end all was okay I got my x-ray and questions answered but not much inspiration for what to do to improve and maintain my health further. Also it seems he didn't even check the x-ray properly because I got told different numbers at different times. So all in all 3 stars because it wasn't bad but I would have appreciated more patience and actionable insights for a long back pain free life."
