"My husband had an emergency health issue during our layover in Bangkok airport and needed to be hospitalized. The experience as foreigners to a country we had never visited was beyond wonderful. From the emergency room to North Ward 11 where my husband has been treated the last four days has been so amazing. The doctors have been very attentive, friendly, and have explained everything to us. The nursing staff is excellent and they are very competent. Everyone, including the staff who clean and who deliver food, are professional and incredibly caring. We live in Spain but are originally from the United Stars and have greatly appreciated the fact that the staff speaks English. The International Services Team has also helped us with insurance, hotel stay for me, transportation to the hotel each day and our discharge process. If I could rate this hospital a 10, I would do that! It isn’t often one can speak so highly of an emergency health situation but Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital provided such great care that neither my husband nor I felt stress throughout the process. "I went here to get my ears cleaned and they were very good. Doesn't hurt. Short waiting times, left in an hour. Good hospital but heavy price. I recommend this place to anyone who can afford this hospital as the hospital is really good. There are also a lot of restaurants you can eat at."
