"I came across Santé last summer while searching for microneedling online. Out of all the places I contacted, they were the fastest, friendliest, most responsive and most customer-oriented to my inquiry; so it seemed like an instant match. Important to mention that I got a response on WhatsApp on Sunday, which is not what I expected. From the first consultation together with my partner, it was clear that we would be long-term clients; which is now the case. Since the start, I got 3 Aquapure treatments, 2 microneedling treatments by Viktoriia, my partner got several botox and hyaluronic acid treatments by Sol, in addition to microneedling by Viktoriia. Viktoriia is definitely an asset to this clinic, you should keep her no matter what - she knows how to handle her clients with care, professionalism and makes us feel at ease everytime. I cannot recommend this clinic enough - everything deserves a 5-star from communication, friendliness, cleanliness, customer-orientedness, reception, staff and clinic interior. "I was NOT fully satisfied with my filler results, as there were lumps and bumps, and some areas remain firm even after dissolving. During my follow up, I felt uncomfortable when I was told by the DOCTOR, “you didn’t pay, I paid,” especially since this was not clearly explained beforehand. Because of the lumps and bumps, I felt I had no choice but to proceed with dissolving, even though I was not satisfied with the outcome. Considering the 300–350€ I paid, I expected better results. I regret visiting this clinic. I also felt that the doctor’s tone and facial expressions were unprofessional. I hope future patients can receive clearer communication and a more supportive approach."
