Great job guys and gals, a huge thank from the bottom of my heart! Particularly to the lovely Dr Vogel who porformed the proceedure that fixed my finger, which had been dislocated in two places after a bike accident, thank you VERY much sir!"

"I was there for Meniscus Surgery-acute pain, sharp and unbearable. Consultation with Dr. Ulrich Böhling was informative, understandable and positive. But, extremely disappointed with the communication and management at Schloss-Klinik. I was scheduled for surgery here and was told different times by different staff. First, I was asked to come in at 14:30–15:00. When I called at noon to confirm, I was suddenly told I should have already been at the hospital. I rushed there, waited for an hour, and was then told to come back the next morning at 8:30. The next day, I arrived on time and ended up waiting more than 6 hours without any proper communication from the staff about when or if the surgery would take place. I was fasting and in pain, but no one provided clear updates or showed responsibility for this delay. They only said, “we have to wait..we don’t know what they are doing.” To add to this, they called me in the evening asking where am I and warned to be there in 5 minutes or they’d cancel my appointment. The person on the other side of the phone was unfriendly and pretty rude - not the level of communication you expect from the hospital staff, doctors, or surgeon. Getting there in 5 minutes is not humanly possible and when I explained the whole thing on call, he said, “this is a hospital and there will be emergencies”. I understand and my case was an emergency too and I had an appointment for my surgery. It’s not like the hospital has one doctor or surgeon! The basic communication was missing there. I mean I was scheduled for a surgery and then left thinking if the management will even see me or will I get my surgery today! For a patient already struggling with pain and anxiety before surgery, this level of mismanagement and lack of communication is unacceptable. I eventually decided to leave and look for another hospital where I can trust the process. Patients deserve respect, clarity, and timely communication — especially when it comes to something as serious as surgery. Unfortunately, Schloss-Klinik failed in all of these areas for me."

"One of the worst experience in my life. I went to the hospital to get a diagnosis from the doctor. Doctors are nice and the one who checked my condition was a bit scary but still made a proper aid. However, that doctor went to the surgery without saying anything and I waited 3hrs and half just to get a paper for diagnosis in total. I'm so disappointed to the horrible communication between the doctors. Doctors were kind and nice but I never come back here not to waste the time anymore."
