"I had a video termin booked on Doctolib, 10 min before I wanted to connect and it was not possible as the visit was already marked as my absent a few hours before. Phone contact was as below- without success. I wrote a message by the formular on the website, I hope my opinion will be changed. *Update - 2 weeks after no answer on my formular. My opinion has been not changed, unfortunately. *2nd update. Thanks the google opinion I got a call and a new termin. Both, Ms.Huber and Doctor Lemperle are very kind and helpful workers. Unfortunately, Dr. could not help me with his specjalization in my case. Seems like booking on Doctolib is also not set correct on Klinik side, as I took just a first appointment for a new patient without no more choice."
"My girlfriend suffered a fracture in her 5th metacarpal bone of the right hand. Also a joint dislocation of around 1 mm. We went on sunday evening since the pain was unbearable and got a quick diagnosis in less than 1.5 hours. Also got an appointment for surgery that was scheduled for one week later. The surgery was also very smooth and the doctors explained everything very clearly. So overall I think it was a very good hospital. However one thing I would say is that the surgery involved a lot of waiting. Like we were called at 10 am and were told that the entire process (from the point we enter the hospital to the point we leave) would be 6 hours (the surgery was just a 15 minutes one so most time was actually in preparing the patient, waiting and post surgery recovery). But actually it took some 8-10 hours. So time management is something where they can improve. But overall it was a good hospital."
"I am posting this review mostly for expats like me who don't have many connections in Munich but still try to get a feeling of the different clinics. I had knee surgery at the Schön Klinik in Harlaching after the rupture of the ACL. The surgeon and all doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists were very helpful and available to answer all my questions. Dr. Prall is the surgeon who operated my knee. I stayed in the hospital for 2 nights after surgery, which allowed me to deal much better with post surgery annoyances. Everything was excellent!"
"If there's one place you'd want to end up after an injury, it's Schön Klinik. Every single person there is wonderful—genuinely caring, professional, and dedicated to your recovery. The level of care and attention is truly exceptional."
"On November 20th, 2025, I had a complete hip replacement surgery performed at the hospital by Dr. T. Baumgart and his team. The intake, the entire preparation towards the operation (forward approach) and the post OP support, was performed in an OUTSTANDING manner. During all phases of the procedure, I was well supported and in good, trustful hands. The support towards the rehabilitation was noteworthy. Thank you very much! Gerrit Stegeman (NL). I highly recommend Schön Klinik and express my admirations and respect for Dr. Baumgart and his team."
