"I had a very good experience in the IV section. The service was excellent and well organized. The nurse was extremely professional and skilled. The IV insertion was done perfectly and honestly I felt no pain at all. I'm very satisfied with the care I received and truly appreciate the staff's professionalism and kindness."
"The doctors are very professional and accommodating but I paid 70aed on my first visit for consultation only and separate payment for the medicine. The staff handling appointments are not managing it properly, twice they schedule my appointment and in the end they reschedule it after 2 weeks and It was not appropriate to say that because we only have Daman Basic insurance, our appointment could simply be reschedule since Sunday is the only day available for us."
