On the days of the procedure, I was greeted warmly by Angela, Dr. Fourkan, and Jenni, the nurse who assisted throughout the procedure. They again explained thoroughly how each step would go, which reassured me that I could trust them with my Direct FUE procedure. They also gave me time to ask any questions to ensure that I felt safe before we proceeded. It was clear that I was their only priority while I was there, and the experience would be tailored to my needs. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the clinic only had room for one Direct FUE patient at a time at the location I selected, so there was no question whether they would be attentive to my specific case. The procedure itself went smoothly every step of the way. While there was some pain and discomfort at certain points due to the nature of the procedure, Dr. Fourkan communicated with me and frequently asked how I was doing, if certain places needed refreshed anesthesia, and if I needed to take any quick breaks to get comfortable again. After the procedure was completed, Jenni, Dr. Fourkan, and Angela evaluated the process and shared their professional opinions on the resulting hair density and design, and they assured me that the procedure went very well. They again discussed all the details of post-care that I would need to manage on my own, since I live in the United States. The supplies and documentation they sent home with me is clear, and I am confident that I can manage the recovery process to achieve the best possible results of the procedure in the coming months.
