"Where can I start with my 10/10 experience with SGM for my procedure that I wanted to get in Seoul SGM, were totally amazing in helping me from start to finish in my process of from firstly finding the right clinic for my procedure which was a deep plane face/necklift, endotine forehead lift along with platysmaplasty They answered every single question no matter how many times I asked them or what issues I had in order to put my mind at ease. They held my hand throughout the process all the way in the US till I got here to Korea for my surgery and during my post care. There were members of team like Jennie, Joan, Anna and Jodi who accompanied me to every appointment and aided and comforted me through my process. A big shout out to all the ladies online like Trish, Pam and maybe a few others I could not see for assisting me and answering my questions promptly and so eloquently. "It was so challenging finding an appointment with a clinic in Korea by myself but Seoul Guide medical helped me find one very quickly. They are so professional and kind! Made every step for me so easy not only that, they stayed with me throughout the whole process as an emotional support. I came alone to get an under eye fat grafting done, all the way from Canada. I thought they would only be there for translating and help me find a clinic but they waited for me while I was getting the surgery and also helped me before, after and made sure I got back to my place safe and dropped me off after the treatment. Also went to go buy medication and sent me home with something to drink and eat and that was the only thing I was able to drink and eat after the surgery. So I’m super grateful to them. It was so nice of them and it meant so much to me. I had no idea I would need someone next to me and will feel this weak after waking up from the surgery. "From start to finish, Seoul Medical Guide was wonderful! They were very clear with what to expect every step of the way, gave me a few options for different surgery centers based on the procedures I was looking to do, and helped to ensure my friend and I were booked at the same time and found a hotel room. Once there, everything was so easy, all of the translators we worked with were so nice (one even gave us restaurant recommendations and helped us buy train tickets). I felt very comfortable talking to the doctors, knowing what to expect and what I needed to do. Getting surgery in another country where you don’t speak the langue is scary, but SMG made it feel as easy as going down the street at home. There were some uncertainties and last minute changes to the trip and planned treatment on my part and they were dealt without graciously. The staff were friendly, I was told I can contact them any day or time if I had any issues. I felt at ease. I mainly dealt with Anna, who is fluent in English, Korean and Russian.
