"I visited their radiology lab for a sonography appointment recently, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. Inside the room it was very noisy and there was excessive loud talking and gossiping among the staff, particularly the female radiologists and the operating team. Despite patients waiting for long periods, the staff appeared more engaged in personal conversations than attending to their duties. I had to wait much longer than expected, and when I finally went inside, it became evident that the delay was due to unprofessional behavior rather than workload. I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism at a sonography center before. I strongly request that this feedback be taken seriously and communicated to the radiologists and staff involved, as such conduct reflects poorly on the lab and causes unnecessary discomfort to patients. This was truly a pathetic and unpleasant experience, and I hope corrective action is taken to ensure better professionalism and patient care in the future."

"The staff called me crazy because i didn't get a third copy of my bill!!!! The staff also misbehaved with my mother, the mri technician put me in MRI Machine for an hour instead of stated 30 min. I have a burn mark on my skin because of it, and I flagged it to technician which she ignored!!! She was constantly on phone call not taking readings, they even took my number and harassed me further on calls trying to intimidate me into not filing a complaint!!! Save your self unless it's an emergency and you need nothing more than symptom being treated STAY AWAY FROM THE HOSPITAL, ITS STAFF IS NOT TRAINED THE TECHNICIANS ARE NOT TRAINED AND THEY WILL BULLY YOU IF YOU SO MUCH AS ASKED THEM SOMETHING BASIC"

"Terrible experience recently. Gosh!! Such money minded looters... Also very irresponsible doctors. DO NOT VISIT🚩. They don't even have an On-Call Trauma Doctor. They're constantly pestering you to give feedback when they don't even care about having adequate doctors on a timely basis. Doctors are very arrogant and absent. The RMOs literally seem like kids interning at the hospital. They won't even ask if the patient drinks tea or coffee or not and would any which ways charge the patient for the same.🛑 NOT RECOMMENDED 🛑"

"I had a very bad experience at SevenHills Hospital. When we admitted our patient, he was able to walk into the hospital on his own. He was admitted to the emergency ward under Dr. Deepesh Makhijani on Saturday. However, after admission, Dr. Makhijani never came to see the patient even once. Later, we were informed that he had gone on official leave without informing the patient’s relatives. After that, Dr. Dinesh Giri took over the case. He explained the patient’s condition to us on Monday and Tuesday. But on Wednesday morning, he did not visit the patient. He only came in the evening and then told us that he did not know how many hours the patient would survive. We were not properly informed when the ventilator was removed, and CPR was given without clear communication with the family. The nursing staff were also very careless. Medicines were not administered properly, and the patient developed swelling and infections in his hands. Most of the time, only RMOs or junior doctors (interns) were attending to the patient. Senior doctors did not seem to give proper attention or care. Unfortunately, we lost our patient. We strongly feel that there was negligence from Dr. Dinesh Giri, Dr. Vilaya, and Dr. Deepesh Makhijani. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hospital to others. In my opinion, no patient admitted under government schemes like MCGM or MJPJY receives proper care in this hospital. If your patient is shifted to the ICU under these schemes, there is very little hope of recovery. It feels like the hospital is only focused on money. They seem more concerned about payments than about saving patients’ lives. Based on my experience, this hospital operates like a money-making business rather than a place that genuinely cares for patients."

"I had a very positive experience at SevenHills Hospital during my cataract operation. The entire process was smooth and well-managed, from admission to discharge. The medical team was professional, supportive, and explained everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence. The room service was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff was attentive and responded quickly whenever needed. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, which was hygienic and well-prepared. A special thanks to Dr. Drinal Lisbo, who successfully performed my cataract operation on both eyes with great care and expertise. Overall, I received great care and would highly recommend SevenHills Hospital to anyone considering treatment here. Regards Mahesh V"
