"I went there to check the issue with my knees. I'm using the SSO that provided from my company. Was so happy with the care of SSO team in this hospital. They're super fast respond. Since I can't speak Thai, they assign a staff who can speak English to accompany me for all process.The weakest part of it just, I need to wait for another 4 weeks to see the specialist doctor because the examine's doctor who checked didn't know what is the root of my problems yet after the X-Ray, so need to see the specialist for it. so far I'm so happy with their help, the medicine helps me to reduce the pain while I'm waiting to see the doctor in next 3 weeks"

"I used to love this hospital because my friend said all good things and I agreed at first (I've come many times but always use AIA insurance), so that I considered to move my SSO to this hospital. Now I understand, they were good because it's all about money. I see the gap now when I use the national welfare insurance (SSO) it's all different. The general doctor was so careless didnt check anything and was acting in a rush and now waiting for my appointment since 14Feb till now, nothing comes up. Sorry I feel like I'm patient enough for this. For those who also like fast service, dont bother using SSO, you might die in between the waiting time. Different while I use my AIA, the translator stays with me the whole session, and the doctors and staff were so helpful. But again, money speaks louder. Sorry but that's the fact. I am disappointed. You can call me if you want to redeem your mistakes, and I will delete this comment. Adding my point, all of your call centers are useless. None of them can help when will I get my next appointment. The waiting time is too much in between calls, I spent almost 300baht only for calling. Omg."

"My husband went to this hospital for a surgery, and overall service is ok. But only waiting for cashier to make a payment was so long. We have waited abt 1.30 hours just for seeing a doctor and then It took an hour just for cashier. This is not acceptable. Wasted my time :("
