"The service at Singapore General Hospital was horrendous! I was conveyed to the hospital at 1am for being assaulted and wasade to wait for 6 hrs to overcome everything. I was placed on a wheelchair when I was havingy tailbone injured. No bed was provided to rest my back. They seem not interested in attending to you. Will never ever go back to that useless hospital again! Thumbs down to the staff and doctors there!"

"I went to see a doctor at SGH for possible kidney stone/s. After getting blood work done, MRI, and an ultrasound, doctor called to tell me that it’s confirmed I have a tiny stone, no big deal, just keep hydrated and it should flush out on its own. But she asked to see me anyway, so I got an appointment to get a follow up consult. In 5 minutes, she basically repeated to me what was already explained in the report, did another ultrasound, confirmed that the stone must have already been flushed out. In and out. $300. I was shocked. 1) was the consult required just to repeat what had already been told to me on the phone? 2) was another ultrasound required, in case the MRI report was wrong? or in case the stone had grown back? 3) did she not hear me when I told her that I had just lost my job, when I had come in for my first consult, or does that not matter, because doctors still need to meet their targets? 4) should I have said something? Questioned the need for another consult, or the ultrasound? Would I have been able to save the $300?? I am so stupid. If doctors don’t bother explaining why another consult is needed, or why another ultrasound is needed, or how much it would cost the patient to do this and that, we better start getting smarter."

"there is a sheltered walkway around SGH, refer to map for buildings and blocks. There are signs to mrt and taxi stand. Need around 10mins to walk between blocks"

"Professional job well done for the nurses in ward 10. They took care of me , offered my wound care and provided my doctor from ENT which is dr szymon mikulski is very caring . During my surgery in the operating room, he told me not to worry and being anxious as I spoke to him as my healing process. Hence , my saliva gland surgery wents well and credits to all the doctors and nurses whom have put in their efforts to save a person’s life . This brightens my day ."

"The attitude of the emergency staff was extremely poor! I just wanted to inform them that my mother was going to the restroom, but a man wearing glasses warned me that this was the last warning! I honestly don’t know what rule I supposedly violated. I sincerely hope that we can be treated with respect! Please improve the professionalism and quality of the staff!"
