""Exceptional care by Nurse Neha Solanki" I had the opportunity to be under care in Room 1477 for treatment of an abscess, and I would like to sincerely appreciate Nurse Neha Solanki for her exceptional service. She carries a warm smile, remains consistently polite, and most importantly, listens to patients with genuine patience and attention. Her professionalism truly stands out—she is highly skilled and confident in her work. I must especially mention her expertise in inserting a cannula. It was done so smoothly and painlessly in a single attempt that it genuinely surprised me. That level of precision and care is rare. Neha Solanki is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the hospital. Kudos to her for setting such a high standard of patient care."

"Worst hospital . They have no humanity and are just worried about making money . My father was admitted here in April 2025 and he had to go through lot of pain and suffering. They waste a lot of time in investigations and do not come to a quick conclusion even for emergency cases . My father had developed a complication in his intestine due to typhoid and they took 3 to 4 days just to diagnose . After that they performed a surgery which was unsuccessful and my father developed internal bleeding. They later performed another surgery but his condition had already deteriorated by then , I deeply regret taking my dad to this hospital , the Gastro surgery department is worst. Nurses are careless , junior doctors are untrained. They are not worried about patient’s pain , I would not recommend this hospital to anyone especially for the elderly patients, better to let them pass away peacefully at home than taking to these brutal people"

"We came from Dubai yesterday for treatment of my wife ABHA Singh. Dr. ABHA Mazumdar nd Dr. Bhawani had done surgery. They r so so brilliant doctors nd very taking care of all patients. All nursing staff is so helpful. Thanks to everyone. NOTE: w r not happy with mangements becoz they r not helping for patient like for health insurance process.i saw all attendants was struggling for doing submissions of form nd approval of health insurance. It should be done by hospital management not by the attendants or patients.in Delhi I saw other hospital like medanta, apollo nd max etc hospitals had done all health insurance process not struggling the patients or attedent. Even last month I do my treatment in RANCHI ( Health point hospital) had done everything for my insurance process. Thanks for understanding 🙏 …….worst part on billing time. I request to guy who is receiving the files there plz check my file came from gyno ward no - 1247 A then he was saying not came but file was there in office before 1.30 hrs becoz that time guy is not available there for receiving the file so Nurse keep file inside the office after he was behaving very roudly nd saying that he don’t want to even check my file in the office. I feel here that i was doing my wife treatment in govt. Hospital in India but even govt. Hospital service is better then ur hospital. Finally we got worst service forever in my life. Plz consider my message nd.plz give the best service to all the patients. Thanks . Sushil kumar"

"would like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Tarun Sharma from Aldun for his outstanding support and prompt assistance. My mother was admitted to the hospital and was medically advised for discharge. However, due to some delay in insurance claim settlement approval, her discharge process was getting postponed. During this stressful time, Mr. Tarun Sharma stepped in and guided us through the Aldun application process efficiently. Because of his quick response, coordination, and professional approach, we were able to complete the formalities smoothly and get the earliest possible discharge. His helpful attitude, clear communication, and dedication made a significant difference for us. I truly appreciate his efforts and would highly recommend his services. Thank you, Mr. Tarun Sharma, for your valuable support."

"The treatment is good in this hospital and doctors are also good but I am giving this review for medical insurance cashless facility. I visited the hospital for one of my patient, asked for cashless payment through my medical insurance but they said we are not doing cashless payment because management has stopped it since last one year. This hospital is in network hospital of my insurance provider. When I asked for the reason, they said we don't know the reason. This is decided by management. How a person will get treatment here if you stopped him at the first step."
