"I would like to share my positive feedback about Reliance Hospital. It is a well-maintained 635-bedded hospital that provides excellent healthcare services. All the departments are well-organized, and the overall service quality is very good. The Nursing Department is highly supportive and attentive. The Nursing Department Manager, Bleesy, manages the team very efficiently. Staff members Vaishavanvi Shenal and Preety Thakur were very caring, polite, and professional in their approach. Dr Prithvi provided excellent medical care and clear guidance throughout the treatment. The Dietician, Pranjal Parmar, ensured that the patient’s dietary requirements were properly managed. From the Billing Department, Meghna made the entire billing process smooth and hassle-free. The Food & Beverage service by Shivraj Singh Ranawat was also excellent and well-managed.
