"Annual Health Checkup Review (First Visit) Overall 9/10 I visited the Checkup, Internal Medicine, X-Ray, and Rehab departments. Here is my review by category: 1. Nurses and Staff (8/10) Nurses and staff provided good, attentive service that leaned toward impressive. If the service were a bit more proactive, the score would easily reach 9-10. What truly impressed me was a nurse from the Checkup department who personally called to inform me of my Stool Occult Blood results, even though the specimen was submitted separately afterward and I had not provided an email address. She did not let it slip through the cracks - 10/10 for that follow-up. As for the X-Ray department, there were too few staff at the counter relative to the number of patients. During several periods, no one was present or only one person was available, making it the most chaotic department (6.5-7/10). 2. Facilities and Waiting Areas (8/10) Overall clean, spacious, well-organized, and with sufficient seating. However, the X-Ray waiting area is quite small compared to the volume of patients. At times, seating was barely enough. The chairs were also a mix of sofas and plastic chairs, which looked inconsistent and did not match the image of a BDMS-affiliated private hospital. Meanwhile, the hospital itself is very large, with many unused open spaces that feel somewhat deserted. Better space allocation could significantly improve the first impression. 3. Doctors (9/10) Excellent medical service overall. Dr. Pannarai Chuaypat stood out in particular - friendly, effective, and providing quality care. 10/10. 4. Waiting Time (9/10) Reasonable waiting times throughout. No excessive delays. 5. Appointment and Registration System (9.5/10) Appointment reminders were sent in advance via message, which was appreciated. It would be even better if the hospital developed a dedicated mobile app consolidating appointment scheduling, rescheduling, vital signs, health checkup results, and real-time service progress tracking all in one place. 6. Cost and Value for Money (10/10) Very reasonable pricing for what was provided. Great value. 7. Parking and Accessibility (10/10) Ample parking available and the hospital is in a conveniently accessible location. Summary: This was my first health checkup here and the overall experience was impressive. The main areas for improvement would be increasing staff and expanding the waiting area at the X-Ray department, as well as standardizing the furniture to better reflect the hospital's brand image. I will definitely come back and would recommend this hospital to anyone looking for a quality health checkup."

"I came to this hospital to give birth and also had my baby vaccinated here. The service was excellent — the staff were very friendly, attentive, and provided clear guidance throughout. The facilities are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The pricing is reasonable and fair. If I had to choose again, I would still recommend this hospital without hesitation."

"When in a hospital you see SO MANY 1 star reviews you know that something is terribly wrong. Now I know why. Horrible experience. They charge you even for walking inside the hospital. 250 baht because you walked in - hospital fees and 150 baht because they got your blood pressure! This time after spending thousand of dollars in exams in this hospital this year only, I knew it and I asked specifically not to do the exam and they charge me Anw! The manager behaved disrespectfully, in a totally unprofessional way , shouldn’t be in this position. 1 star is a lot to give because of her. Nurses are polite, and the English speaking guy that came to help super polite too but still a horrible experience overall.because I’ve asked them why they charged me even if I went directly to see the doctor to read the results of my exams, she even brought the security! 5 of them just behind me! For asking why they overcharged me! That’s how to ruin a hospitals reputation and offer a bad service to your clients/patients! So sad."

"We live in Phuket and this is the hospital that we always choose whenever my kid or me need medical service. Very nice staff and doctor, clean hospital and can speak english. We also come here for dental cleaning. Really good service. Thank you"

"Never choose this hospital for treatment, you will get enormous motorcycle noise! The sound insulation effect is very poor! The nurse's attitude is also very poor! From the outpatient department to the inpatient department, the experience is very poor! There are many people at the front desk who are free, but it will keep you waiting and the service is poor!"
