"I can honestly say this Company gives the very best customer service I have expereinced in a long time. I originally came to the clinic 2 years ago and had many crowns done - due to an issue outside of the Clinics control a gap appeared. Although this wasnt covered under warranty (in all honesty it was not due to the workmanship), they wanted me to be entirely happy with everything and agreed to rectify the issue as a goodwill gesture to me - all I had to fund was my flights and hotel.. and they even contributed to the hotel for one night too ! You will be hard pressed to find anything near the standards of quality in the UK and I would urge anyone considering major dental work to get on a flight over - its only 2 hours - have a free consultation with one of their highly trained dentists. My thanks go to all in reception - the smiley dark haired lady and the gentleman that spoke excellent english (sorry - I didnt catch your name, can recall you saying you lived in Manhatten though) - they made everything run like clockwork with pick up times and generally putting everyone at ease (lets face it no one enjoys a trip to the dentist do they?) and Zoltan, who I know does much more than "buy screws and fittings" :-) Final thanks goes to my dentist - you worked magic for this very fussy customer.
