"Visited on 2 days through the international clinic initially and the ladies at reception there were very helpful and patient also helping to make appointments with other departments in the hospital. Overall the experience was good through multiple areas of the hospital, people were polite and kind doing their best with English speaking. Wait times were also incredibly short almost non existent which I can’t really believe. Really appreciate this hospital thank you"

"Terrible patient experience despite nice staff. Cost 1.2M₩ Did a overnight stay for sleep monitoring. Got a nice private room with a great nurse. However, they wake you at 4 am and kick you out. Also, no hot water to shower with a that time! For people with sleep problems, this is aweful. I've heard this 4 am wake up is common accross most of the hospital, even after major surgery. Why? because its convenient for the staff as the next shift starts at 7 am and they need a room turn over/results by that time. I hope I never have to come back again"

"The hotel we stayed in contacted a taxi to take us there. I had severe stomach pain and vomiting. Once we got there we had to wait 10 minutes to be seen by someone. I was initially told the cost would be 300,000 won. The young lady went back inside. She didn't come back for another 15 minutes. She told us that I cannot be seen. That's very peculiar for an ER to deny someone for medical help. Makes me wonder why. We had to go back to the hotel and the staff found a smaller hospital that admitted me. Meaning I was suffering for another hour while the hotel was trying to contact hospitals. The hotel asked them why they wouldn't admit me. They came up with a lame excuse. The people at smaller hospital were very helpful and kind. I will get with my Korean friends and report this once I get home. What they did to me was egregious. Terrible customer service. Who turns away someone with a medical emergency? Egregious!!! Do not go there if you are a foreigner."

"A nice hospital located near itaewon. Went here with my girl when she had stomach cramps. Took the ambulance and went to the emergency ward. They took food care of her. It was on the expensive side but usually the university hospital's are more costly."
