"A bit awkward cueing for foreigner who doesn't speak Hungarian. Don't understand how to get into the cue list the doctors keep calling stepping out of their rooms. The reception or security guard didn't help either. However, nice building and friendly staff and the people in the cue."
"Dr Csákány Béla in room 52 who executes the ultrasounds is one of the rudest persons I have ever met. No human empathy. He did not even look at me when speaking. I would have expected at least a civilized communication from a Dr. do not recommend anyone to go here."
"Very incompetent doctors. They could not diagnose the inflammation for a long time and many visits. The clinic is full of modern equipment and capabilities, but the doctors are not interested in helping you. I attended appointments every few days for 3 weeks, because my vision was getting worse, and I was told to calm down and do nothing. As a result, my vision deteriorated irreversibly. I had a long and very expensive treatment in a private clinic to correct the mistakes of these doctors. But my vision will never be as good as before. I do not recommend it to anyone."
"Have been here both as outpatient and inpatient sadly. You have to wait a lot when you arrive first thing in the morning, so I suggest if at all possible go there for around 7am queue up. You need to show them your TAJ card and if you have not been there before, your ID and address card and they perhaps ask for your phone number too. I am not sure if staff speak English (I am Hungarian). The inpatient part is very nice. The nurses totally go out their way to meet your need. There is food as well. Depending on which department you go to, be prepared there are plenty of other people waiting to be seen."
"The doctors in the children eyes section 69 have no experience doing the job they do, they say that they are specialized in kids eyes, however when dealing with kids you need patience! And do not expect them to treat this as an examination when a strange person is shining a bright light into their eyes their first instinct is to close the eyes (what a surprise..) yet I’ve seen that their doctor has no understanding why the kids close their eyes and get impatient. I have seen countless toys on the shelves of the doctors there however none of those are being used for people who deal with kids all day it’s very concerning that they use no means of attraction or anything to interest the kids while doing exams, this just showcases that they do not understand kids and are no qualified to do so. Then the “doctors” are surprised why the kids do not like to play along. I’m very disappointed for the lack of empathy towards kids who are barely 3 years old… no understanding and I’ve even seen doctors force kids to open their eyes so they can do their exams, this is unacceptable. You don’t have to be a genius to know why the kids close their eyes, hold a d**m toy in front of them to peak interest so they do not close their eyes… Ive seen that this section uses force on kids and has no understanding of how kids feel, there should be a law to prevent these kind of “doctors” no where near kids. However I’ve seen 1 person who had “more” experience, however there is a woman with black hair and glasses, she just smiles but has no idea what she is doing. Aside of the unprofessional doctors the hallway is stacked with people and they prevent people from opening a window, there is no air ventilation in the hospital either."
