"Very worst service. They’re treating patients very worst. Security is telling patients to walk to hospital from the entrance gate and also they’re telling to use battery car only, not the auto. Battery car driver also waiting for long time and not picking up the car until it’s getting full. Patients are not coming for picnic. They are not able to walk sometimes. Why they’re not allowing the auto inside the hospital entrance. While patients are not feeling well, those security are telling them to walk to hospital or get a battery car and go. Are they coming to visit as a tourist? Securities and Cash counter staffs are so worst behaviour. Instead of working fastly they’re so lazy and talking with other staffs and making patients wait for a long time. Seriously worst."

"Changing my 1 star review to 5 stars just because of this one man, Mr Respected Palaniappan, such a godly and divine person to us. My wife had unbearable pain and we asked for c section, but he came like a God our mentor just poured out all positivity on us and lead us to a safe and secure NORMAL delivery, his words were very encouraging and motivationial, he was very kind with us. Thank you sir. Thank you for your service The below review was typed on frustration during labor torture ________ Every one with whom I contacted had a better labor in other hospitals than the one which we had in this hospital. Credibility lost. I don't want to put a detailed review. Please try different hospitals for labor. Don't suffer like us."

"One of the worst hospitals I have experienced in Chennai. The security staff behave more like police, making patients feel restricted rather than cared for. There is very poor communication regarding tests and procedures — explanations are rarely provided unless repeatedly asked. The overall approach feels highly money-focused. Even basic items like baby diapers are sold at more than double the price of branded products available in the market. If you are looking for a hospital that offers transparent communication and a peaceful treatment experience, I would strongly advise reconsidering — especially for maternity or labour services. Very disappointing experience."
