"I stayed in this hospital after my 19th major surgery. Whilst some of the nurses were lovely, I found some to be quite rude. One lady in particular told me I needed to get up and walk around and when I made reference to that my leg was bent As it was wrapped, Teresa made reference that my other leg was also bent. I asked if She was the physio And that I requested the physio to confirm. The nurse Was rude and obnoxious, once I was reviewed by the physio, I was told I needed crutches so I’m glad that I did not take the nurses recommendation and start walking around after Considering it was my third surgery in one year on the same Knee being a high Tibia osteotomy. I Was also informed that I was meant to let the anaesthetic nurse know of my medication even though I already let the Anthesis know during the phone call the night before my admission what medications I was on and was informed to continue taking them as normal however when I informed The nurse did my intake. It wasn’t until the Nurse who took over that wasn’t happy that I took my medication and told me the anaesthetic nurse does not get paid to call me so I should let her know also. I found a lack and professionalism in many areas and whilst very few like Karen who are lovely It was a shame to know the type of behaviour amongst many. I have been discharged with someone else’s medication And whilst I will not provide their full name but to be given someone’s medication who was born in 1952 and a medication for clotting of the brain. It wasn’t until I looked closely before I took my medication that I realise this is not mine."

"Day 5 post full knee replacement, and I can honestly say my experience at St Vincent’s Private Hospital has been exceptional. From the warm welcome by concierge to the efficient pre-op team, everything ran smoothly. Post-surgery, the nurses have been incredibly caring, compassionate, and attentive. I’m so grateful for the outstanding care from our amazing healthcare workers. Thank you Maria"

"I had a very good experience for my first hospital stay. The nurses in the orthopaedic ward level 8 were fantastic. Pre surgery and anaesthetic nurses were great too. Special shout out to Penny who made my overnight stay very pleasant. She was caring, funny and down to earth. The assistant nurses could do a bit more as the RNs were pretty busy but the AINs were busy on phones. Overall a great hospital where they take care of the patients well."

"I recently had a surgical procedure at St Vincent's Hospital on June 11th, and I can confidently say it was a positive experience from start to finish. The warmth and kindness of the staff made a significant difference in my journey. From the moment I arrived at the check-in desk, I was met with welcoming smiles and a reassuring atmosphere. The staff throughout the hospital, from the nurses to the doctors, were incredibly caring and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The professionalism and dedication displayed by everyone I encountered were truly commendable. They knew I was extremely anxious and they all took the time to address my concerns and ensured that I was well taken care of during my stay. If I ever require further procedures, I would not hesitate to travel back to St Vincent's Hospital. The exceptional care I received has left a lasting impression, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical services. Thank you, St Vincent's, for making a very stressful experience so positive!"

"A very professional health service. The nurses and staff go beyond the duty of care. The Doctors are very good at what they do and I believe they hold the benchmark for all other professionals to reach The cafeteria services are also good with coffee, teas, hot and cold beverages, cold drinks and hot food, sandwich’s and wraps to feed your hunger. Pharmaceuticals and general personal needs are also close at hand The admin staff are welcoming and helpful"
