"Honest Assessment After One Year: I want to be fair, so let me start with the positives: the staff was genuinely kind and professional, the facilities were clean and modern, and Paul is extremely personable and persuasive. I understand why people are drawn in. That said, after one full year, I have had zero improvement in my knee. I have a dull pain in my knee as I write this. I had multiple surgeons review my MRIs and X-rays, and the consensus was that I did not require surgery, meaning I was considered a reasonable candidate for regenerative treatment. I was not a hopeless case going in. The total cost of this experience, treatment, flights, hotel, was substantial, and none of it is covered by insurance. Also, it was painful, after the injections I could not walk that evening. In hindsight, I have consulted with the orthopedic surgeon who treats the Miami Dolphins, and a bone marrow stem cell procedure in the United States would actually have cost less, with the added benefit of proximity and continuity of follow-up care. I genuinely hope this works for others, and perhaps my case is the exception. But people considering this treatment deserve to hear from someone for whom it did not work, and there are currently no other negative reviews. The concept was compelling, your body healing itself, the people were lovely, and I gave it every reasonable chance. It simply did not work for me."
