"I had my child here; unfortunately, Dr. Richard is the only good doctor here. He is very respectful and capable and listens to patients, in my experience. The nurses and the hospital only care about money; they don't listen, are tyrants, and there are many students who don't know what to do. Asked not to have any students; they didn't respect that. Asked not to cut the umbilical cord right away; they did. The head nurse was very rude and treated you like trash, especially if you are a man. The staff and protocols in the birthing section were awful. Greedy and inhuman as it gets."

"Child birth - c-section. Dr.Noor ladhani, I had a repeat planned c section here. Doctors are always busy. Atleast 2 hours wait for consultations, I got use to it. She sees just for few minutes , don’t expect comforting positive response on your questions. She will be very honest. She will do all the necessary tests when required. I wanted a vaginal delivery but she told me it’s risky and went with her advice. The ultrasound technician were great too. The day of c section, they did take couple of hours to prepare me, anesthesiologist came and spoke to me, about the risks and the procedure. They gave me a spinal block, not epidural, I had few side effects like severe shivering and vomits while in surgery. Baby was out soon. Dr ladhani did great job. I got UTI after few days for which the admins of dr ladhani were not replying to my emails. The administration were little rude. Then I got antibiotics prescribed from my family doctor. The nurses were sooo good. I am so thankful. All the nurses were excellent, they helped whenever I needed. They gave me strong painkillers whenever I asked. They gave formula to baby for the first time, they showed how to feed. It’s quite a long walk to the rooms, after c section it can be difficult to walk. There are lots of rooms. Overall great experience."

"Dear Sunnybrook Staff, I wanted to take a moment to thank all of the staff for your dedication, compassion, and support during this incredibly difficult time for our family. In particular, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Sonia and Beverly for consistently going above and beyond. From stepping away from your primary location to provide testing in a more convenient setting, to offering helpful tips that made our days run more smoothly, and always greeting us with a warm smile — your kindness did not go unnoticed and meant more to us than you may realize. Thank you, Carmen, for making Kelly’s stay as comfortable as possible, especially on those long days during chemo. You truly mastered the positioning of those pillows every single time, and that level of care made such a difference. I would also like to thank Sophie at reception for always providing words of encouragement, which were truly appreciated during stressful moments. A special thank you as well to Ingrid for taking the time to ensure we fully understood every part of the treatment process, and for patiently helping my mom navigate Kelly’s wheelchair throughout the hospital with such care and compassion. All of your professionalism, empathy, and genuine care helped make a very challenging experience far more manageable for our family. We are deeply grateful. With sincere appreciation"

"Our family would like to sincerely thank Sunnybrook Holland Centre for the care my mother received during her revision hip surgery. We are especially grateful to Dr. Pincus and his team. My mother is elderly and we were very worried, but Dr. Pincus arranged the surgery quickly, which reduced the time she had to remain in bed and lowered the risk of complications. We would also like to thank Maria and the entire team for their patience and support. Their kindness and coordination made everything much smoother for our family. Thanks also to the physiotherapists who helped my mother regain mobility step by step with encouragement and care. Everyone we met treated my mother with kindness and respect, and we truly appreciate all that was done for her. Your dedication, skill, and compassion made a real difference in her life-and in ours."
