"I had a very good experience at Sunway Medical Center. Dr. Nik Aslan and Dr. Nani were extremely caring, professional, and efficient throughout my treatment. I truly felt that I was in safe hands. A special thank you to the 4B ward nurses – Sarah, Ong, Monica Anak Bandi, Yana, and the Indian nurse who wore a black inner tudung her name is Priya I guess and worked the night shift. All of them were humble, attentive, and very efficient. They gave me so much moral support, especially when I was feeling emotional. Their kindness and reassurance meant a lot to me. I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent care."

"It's always a pleasure to be here. The ER offers quick service, but appointments can involve longer waits, though the waiting area is pleasant. Lab results come back quickly with great solutions, and the staff is attentive yet respectful. Overall, it’s a great environment. This is my go-to hospital for my kids, along with Andorra. Highly recommended!"

"I am very impressed with all the nursing, medical and non nursing staff in ward 8F, Tower E. Everyone was polite and caring. The room was spacious and new.However the mattress too soft especially if the patients has backache problems. Could be better if added mini bar fridge in the room. Housekeeping and staff servicing the food very polite and courteous. Dr Saw( orthopaedic surgeon) and Dr Lutfi ( anesthesiologist). Well done team."

Finally, a special mention to Norfizan at the reception desk eye center .She made the registration and scheduling process smooth and stress-free.
