"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Lim Wooi Kok, Paediatric Cardiologist, for the excellent care and treatment provided to my baby. He is extremely friendly, highly professional, and a truly trustworthy healthcare provider. His examinations were very thorough, and he took the time to provide detailed explanations that reassured us and helped us understand every aspect of my son’s condition and treatment. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the nursing team at the Level 6 Children’s Ward. They provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Every nurse was warm, caring, and helpful, making us feel well taken care of at all times. A special mention goes to the Deputy Nurse Manager, who was exceptionally supportive and dedicated. Despite the ward being short-staffed at times, she still stepped in to assist personally. As a first-time mother, I naturally worry a lot about my son, but she continuously offered advice, reassurance, and emotional support, making our entire stay comfortable and pleasant. I would also like to thank the front counter staff for their professionalism and efficiency in handling patients and visitors. In addition, the pantry staff were always courteous and thoughtful, kindly reminding me to place my meal orders for the following day. Overall, I would rate this hospital 10/10 for its excellent healthcare service, professionalism, compassion, and patient care. Thank you to the entire team for making such a stressful time much more manageable and comforting for our family."

"Sunway Medical Centre exceeded my expectations — the lobby feels like a 5-star hotel with a piano and aquarium, and the amenities are exceptional: FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, SunMed Café, CBTL, Starbucks, Subway, and Kampung Kravers all within the building. The medical team was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. Recovery felt supported every step of the way. The location is unbeatable — connected via walkbridge to Sunway Geo and Sunway Square Mall, making it incredibly convenient for patients and visitors alike. Minor notes: signage to Tower D/E could be clearer, and the lifts are a touch slow. Overall, a world-class experience. Professional doctors, excellent amenities, outstanding service, and a location I couldn’t have wished for more. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"My daughter 2 years old check all blood test and swaps in clinic did not get to identify her symptoms, thank you to Dr Ong Sik Yong and all the nurse patient examined her and treat her well with medicine and check her all time. Service are fast and reliable as before this my first son are also admitted here due to his stop breathing curse action, we have no idea what happened but Dr Yap I think, patiently explain and answer all my questions left me no worries and took my son home also he teach the exact correct way to do when a child or adult have epilepsy. Can feel that sunway have professional doctors and nurse trained from food to cleanliness and hygiene and environment and services are excellent. Doctors are always patient and friendly as a parents we feel secure here and less worry."

"the other day my mom & i went to the wellness centre for medical check up at tower D level 8, overall the service from the nurses and doctors were excellent but sadly we were left with a bad experience at the registration & cashier bcs the employees were rude during the registration process. we are not hoping for a bow & big smile or anything but at least try to talk more politely can you? hope this review can help to improve this problem."
