"Level 4, Ward 4A : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Well Deserved! I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to all the nurses, doctors, and staff members on Level 4, Ward 4A. What impressed me most was their willingness to go the extra mile whenever patients or family members had inquiries. Instead of simply giving a standard response, they took the initiative to check with the respective departments and followed up to ensure that concerns were addressed. (A nurse keeps a notes in the pocket and mark down what the concerns addressed. I thought it was her working "bible"). This level of dedication and care truly exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to providing excellent patient care made a significant difference during our time in the ward. It is reassuring to know that there are healthcare professionals who genuinely care not only for their patients but also for their families. Although I am unable to mention every individual by name, please be assured that the entire team on Level 4, Ward 4A deserves recognition for their outstanding service. "The medical staff here are very friendly and provide good service. The food is also decent 👍 There are Tower A and Tower B, with the wards located in Tower B. A link bridge on Level 3 connects to Tower A and Sunway Velocity Mall, making it very convenient for visitors and family members. For inpatient stays, family members can also enjoy a flat parking rate of RM5"

I was admitted under Dr. Lucas, Respiratory Medicine Specialist, and I truly appreciate his professionalism, clear explanation, and dedicated care throughout my treatment. He has been very thorough in managing my respiratory condition and ensuring that I receive the right treatment and monitoring. I would also like to thank Wendy from the Physiotherapy Department for guiding and encouraging me during my respiratory physiotherapy sessions. She patiently taught me the proper breathing techniques and supported me in improving my breathing and recovery. The nurses and hospital staff have also been very attentive and caring. They regularly checked on me, ensured my needs were attended to, maintained cleanliness, and provided my medication on time. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism made me feel well taken care of during my stay. This is not my first time being admitted here, and once again, Sunway Medical Centre Velocity has shown excellent service and hospitality. Everything has been well managed and top-notch. "I recently completed a one-week stay here and couldn't be more satisfied. The medical team is highly coordinated; despite having multiple doctors managing my case, the treatments were attentive and accurate. The nursing staff in Ward 8C deserves special mention for their patience and compassion. They provided much-needed emotional support and reassurance during a difficult mental health moment. Every staff member—including the porters and the radiology team—was professional and efficient. The facilities are excellent, featuring spacious single rooms, comfortable beds, and high-quality food. The security is also very reassuring. Thank you for making a tough week much easier."
