"We have just come back from Surgal Clinic. The clinic is amazing, it's clean, fresh and tidy. The staff are great. They all go above and beyond what they needed to do. They are willing to help out whenever and where ever possible to make your stay there amazing. The surgeon was amazing too. She even cancelled her holiday to make sure we were doing ok. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks about surgery"

"I had breast augmentation in October. I was booked in for implants and restructure after substantial weight loss. For the first 3 months everything looked fine but when the swelling went down my new breasts started to droop. I took the advice of Dr Justan who advised me I didn't need implants, just augmentation. This was very poor advice or a money making exercise. The Surgal Clinic now want nearly three times what I initially paid to put an implant in with full augmentation. Very poor advice and after service. They have tried to blame the elasticity of my skin being very good hence the droop but an experienced surgeon should have identified this. I am now booked in to an English clinic, where I should have gone to start with. The clinic itself is extremely nice, like a 5* hotel with excellent staff it's just unfortunate that the surgery isn't the same."

"I thought my friend was describing the bedsores her father had while he was there and that they had to take him away to prevent his condition from worsening. Unfortunately, then a relative of the family went to this clinic for joint replacement surgery, and while being taken from the recovery room to the lower level for recovery, a young girl drove the relative and overturned the wheelchair. Accidents happen, but the behaviour of the doctor standing next to me debating with a lady was outrageous. Instead of being a doctor, he brazenly demanded money, saying he didn't see any other way to help. Not only is this kind of "failure to help" behavior criminal in the Czech Republic, but it shows the human and professional garbage that works there. This is my opinion, after the experience of a relative. And before I didn't believe my friend that this is common there, when she had a problem with her father's bedsores, after our family's experience I have a personal opinion that is never there again, this style of health care and doctors' behavior where I want to put my relatives or God forbid to lie as a patient myself."

"I received a procedure at this clinic two years ago and found the medical staff to be professional, courteous, and very helpful. However, I had an unfortunate experience with one of the receptionists, who was rude and condescending. This behavior was surprising and unexpected at a clinic of this caliber. In my experiences with various medical facilities in different countries, I have never encountered such behavior before. It raises questions about why management has not addressed this issue. Why employ someone who makes patients feel unwelcome? This experience left a bad taste in my mouth."
