"I’m only 3 weeks post surgery but I wanted to write the review while everything is fresh in my mind. I have to say the customer service I received before surgery was amazing. Kelsie answered any question I had while booking my knee replacement and helped with hotels and other travel questions. On the day of surgery I felt safe with the staff. The nurses were great. Dr Rodriguez directly contacted me before surgery and said I could contact him with any questions directly. The day after surgery he came to check on how I was doing. He was the most approachable surgeon I’ve dealt with and I always felt that I was in good hands. He was specifically recommended to me in the first place.
