"I referred a patient because of their advertised gastric checkup promotion, which includes ultrasound. It turns out the machine broke down. Okay, a technical problem can happen, but they didn't bother to notify my patient or reschedule. Furthermore, my patient followed the instruction to fast, which I find unethical, since I referred him precisely to rule out any liver, urinary, or general abdominal problems, as his lab tests showed abnormalities in those areas, and he has also been experiencing pain and intermittent fever. I found it unethical of Dr. MIN, who treated him, to minimize his problem and, in order not to lose the appointment, tell him he didn't need the ultrasound, even though the promotion included it. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend her, and especially not this doctor. I contacted them to see what solution they could offer, and they ignored me and blocked me on social media. They didn't care. So, I highly advise against getting a diagnosis without the support of lab technicians, especially since their equipment broke down, and more importantly, because the promotion included an imaging study to rule out any abnormalities."
